In ancient Greece, the word "doula" referred to a woman who acted as a trusted companion and support person during childbirth. Her role involved offering emotional reassurance, physical comfort, and hands-on help to the birthing woman. This support could include encouraging words, techniques to ease pain, and help with practical tasks like bringing water or preparing herbal remedies.

My goal is to support women on their motherhood journey and my motivation is the calling I feel to help create BOLD and Blissful Births for anyone who desires that.
